Lynas Rare Earths Whistleblowing Service – Lynas Speak Up

Lynas Rare Earths Limited ("Lynas") is committed to strong corporate governance and to ensuring our people work in an environment that reflects our values. The Lynas Speak Up disclosure service enables our people, contractors, customers, business partners, community and other stakeholders to raise a concern or report an issue that may adversely affect Lynas, our people or our reputation and have these concerns properly investigated. 

The Lynas Speak Up service can be accessed globally and is available in English or Malay language. Lynas Speak Up can be used to submit a report online or over the phone at any time. Lynas Speak Up is operated independently by Deloitte.

Lynas takes disclosures very seriously and will review all reports and initiate an investigation. The information provided will be confidential and you are not required to reveal your identity unless you choose to do so. 

Lynas is committed to promoting a culture of ethical behaviour. Lynas will ensure that protection is offered to any Whistleblower who makes a Disclosure in accordance with the Lynas Whistleblower Policy. Statutory Protection is available to a Whistleblower who makes a Disclosure in accordance with the Lynas Rare Earths Whistleblower Policy and who meets the requirements of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) or the Taxation Administration Act 1953 (Cth) (Taxation Act).
